Reasons that we're here
Blaque Dawg barbecue was created from my love of barbecue. It started about 32 years ago when I had some of best slow smoke barbecue ribs i ever had. While I was living in (DMV )Washington DC/ Maryland/ Virginia area. However, when I moved back to New Jersey. That flavor and taste I crave was nowhere to be found in the area. So that's when I started smoking barbecue myself trying to recreate the taste I so desperately crave and could not find so through the years of trial and error, I finally created the taste and flavor I had been longing for. When I felt that the taste was right. I was convinced by my family to share my barbecue creations. In turn it led me to create Blaque Dawg BBQ LLC.
