So that's when I started smoking barbecue myself trying to recreate the taste I so desperately crave and could not find so through the years of trial and error, I finally created the taste and flavor I had been longing for. When I felt that the taste was right. I was convinced by my family to share my barbecue creations. In turn it led me to create Blaque Dawg BBQ LLC.
